Initial Consultation – 1 hour $160

This involves a comprehensive discussion of your past and current health issues, diet and lifestyle and family health history. This is the time were we get to know each other and talk about your health needs and goals. All relevant and necessary clinical testing will be also conducted at this time. Further testing may be required.

Treatment Plan consultation – 45 minutes $100

Here you will receive a detailed and individualised health plan that incorporates all recommendations and clinical findings to get you to your health goals. This will involve simple diet and lifestyle approaches, occasional nutritional supplement and/or herbal medicine prescriptions. The plan will be manageable, realistic and specific and you will feel empowered and have a thorough understanding of how your food and lifestyles choices affect your health.

Follow up consultations – 30 minutes $85

Depending on your individual health concerns, you may be following up with Nicole weekly, fortnightly or monthly until wellness is achieved. This is essential to ensure that you are making good progress on your health journey, support is given along the way keep you motivated, provides education about your body and health.

Acute Consultations – 20 minutes $45

These appointments are for addressing those acute health concerns such as a cold or flu, or even for nervous system support before a big presentation. They do not require the initial comprehensive case taking period and a treatment plans are determined on the spot.

Body Composition Analysis – 20 minutes $60

Bio-electrical Impedance is a science that was originally developed for monitoring patients after surgery in a hospital setting and the astronauts that went into space. Non invasive measurements are taken that provides Nicole with insight into aspects of your health such as how much fat and muscle that you have in your body, the quality of your muscle, your cellular health, toxicity levels, and energy levels, hydration. You will also find out your biological age. A thorough explanation of the test is presented and some recommendations are given.

Skype Consultations available

This is for the person that is unable to attend the clinic due to distance or unable to leave the house or work place. Skype is free to download and all you need is an internet connection and your computer.
